Thank you for shopping with Ink Republic. This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how shipping charges are calculated, and what you can expect after placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

Ink Republic offers worldwide shipping to destinations supported by our fulfilment partners and shipping carriers.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, carrier restrictions, or local regulations. When a destination is unavailable, the checkout will not provide a shipping option for that address.

Order Processing and Fulfilment

Many Ink Republic products are made or printed specifically for each customer. Orders therefore require a production and fulfilment period before they are dispatched.

Once an order has entered production, changes to the product, size, colour, quantity, or delivery address may no longer be possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time is:

5–10 business days after the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

• The destination country

• The selected product and fulfilment location

• Carrier operations

• Customs processing

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

International deliveries and deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

• Delivery destination

• Products ordered

• Package size and weight

• Fulfilment location

• Available shipping service

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, the tracking number and carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipping confirmation has been issued.

Multiple Packages

Products within the same order may be produced at different fulfilment facilities. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.

Where applicable, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple packages after checkout.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ink Republic does not control these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance. Customers should consult their local customs authority for further information before ordering.

A package that is delayed by customs is not considered lost while it remains under customs review.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Ink Republic cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address

• The recipient’s failure to collect the package

• The recipient’s refusal of delivery

• An address that cannot be accessed by the carrier

Delayed Orders

When your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

1. Review the tracking information.

2. Check for attempted-delivery notifications.

3. Contact the carrier directly when requested.

4. Check with household members, neighbours, reception areas, or local collection points.

5. Contact Ink Republic through our website’s contact page if further assistance is required.

We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the fulfilment partner or carrier.

Lost Packages

When tracking has not updated for an extended period or a carrier confirms that a shipment has been lost, please contact Ink Republic as soon as possible.

We will assess the order and work with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, the resolution may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

When an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact Ink Republic promptly through our website’s contact page and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the item

• Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant

Please retain the product and its original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

A package may be returned to the sender when:

• The address is incorrect or incomplete

• Delivery is refused

• The package is not collected

• The carrier cannot access the delivery location

• Customs charges are not paid

Please contact Ink Republic when tracking indicates that a package is being returned. Reshipping charges may apply when the return resulted from circumstances attributable to the recipient.

Order Cancellations

Because products may be made specifically for each order, cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started.

Please contact Ink Republic immediately after ordering when you need to request a cancellation or address correction. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
